Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Replacement
